Vina Dimayuga

A proud Philipina-Canadian, Vina has been busy with Folklorama, her own concerts, music competitions (Hello 2X Musical Theatre winner of the Provincial Music & Arts Festival!), and the recent Winnipeg Fringe musical theatre production MA-BUHAY! She has been building her career, and studying hard as a voice student at Canadian Mennonite University. And now, the time has come for a Manitoba Musician Right of Passage: Her first show at The WECC. Amazing! Bravo! 

“This concert at The WECC will reflect my musical journey, from singing beloved Filipino ballad standards to modern pop and R&B hits, while sharing my passion for musical theatre. There’s something in this concert for everyone.” 

Vina continues to share and use music to help heal, connect, and inspire others, while creating a more inclusive space for BIPOC musicians within the field.
