When purchasing tickets, please note

  • The West End Cultural Centre box office does not hold tickets for a later purchase.

  • Tickets fees are set.

  • We does not take returns on tickets. If you can no longer use your tickets, it’s your responsibility to find someone to purchase them from you.

  • We are not responsible for third-party ticket sales. If you’re purchasing tickets from someone other than the WECC box office, Into The Music, or tickets.wecc.ca you do so at your own risk.

  • There are no age restrictions on any shows at the WECC. All performances are open to people of all ages.

  • Everyone attending must have a ticket (babies in arms exempted).

  • There are no reserved seats, and some performances have limited seating. Your ticket guarantees you admission but not a specific seat. Please arrive early to ensure your best choice of seats.

  • Most performances start at 8:00pm, with the doors opening 60 minutes before showtime. Please check your ticket to confirm the starting time.

Please be advised

There are websites that purport to sell our tickets when in fact they are a complete scam. When purchasing tickets to a West End Cultural Centre show, please be aware of the following things:

  • We never sell tickets in American funds

  • Most of our tickets are between $15 and $40

  • We only sell tickets online through tickets.wecc.ca (though shows that we don’t produce may use a different ticket seller)

  • If you purchase a ticket from somewhere other than tickets.wecc.ca the WECC box office, or Into The Music, we cannot guarantee the legitimacy of what you’ve purchased, your ticket may not be honoured, and we cannot refund you any money.

If you are at all concerned about the legitimacy of an online ticket seller, DO NOT PURCHASE THE TICKETS. Please call us at 204-783-6918 and we can advise you on the best way to purchase our tickets.

Gift Certificates

The West End Cultural Centre offers gift certificates for any denomination through the box office. Gift certificates can be used for tickets to any show that is produced by the West End Cultural Centre. Please stop by our box office during regular office hours if you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate.
