This conference turns Winnipeg’s streets into experimental urban spaces. From reclaiming a street to build an outdoor hockey rink to creating pop up parks to educational urban programs on already existing parks to pop up outdoor music venues. This component let’s Winnipegers experience their city in new and original ways to inspire them to embrace the winter and their place in it.
